Returns & Exchanges
All pieces are final sale, unless the item arrives damaged. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so that we can find a solution together.

If damaged upon arrival, please email taylorkpottery@gmail.com with the subject line "Damage" within 2 days of receipt. Please attach a photo of the damaged item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier directly with the shipping information.
